Engagement Pictures

Yesterday, Chase and I met Jessica downtown to take our engagement pictures. We had a lot of fun and we can't wait to get them back because I'm sure they will be great! Jessica does beautiful work. We should be getting them back in a week or 2 so eventually you will see some of those.

Tonight I'm getting to have dinner with my MOH and bestest friend. I can't wait! We get to have some good girl talk. hehe I love you Ashley!

Our Engagement Party

Saturday night was mine and Chase's Engagement party.
It was WONDERFUL!!
Thanks to Ashley, Devin and Mr and Mrs Taylor we had one of the best engagement parties ever. It was perfect for us. Lots of our friends and family were there to support us, which is so important.
THANK YOU to everyone that was there and I'm sorry that some people weren't able to come. There was Jim N' Nick BBQ catered and Mrs Taylor made two heart-shaped strawberry cakes that were WONDERFUL! Chase and I got to practice cutting cakes. Thankfully it went well and neither of us got cake on the other ones face. Yay! The food must have been good because there was nothing left. :0) I know Chase and I had a good time and we're pretty sure everyone else did also.

Crate Training

We went tonight and bought a smaller crate to start crate training Marley, because the peeing in the house is out of control. She is going to hate us for a while, but she MUST learn the appropriate place to do her business!

Awake WAY to early!

Yet again this morning I've been woken up by my cute little puppy that is now starting to deprive me of sleep. ARG! I'm not quite sure what I do at this point.
1. She wakes up because she needs to go out. I don't understand how she can have to pee 3 times in one night and has not had any water to drink since 8pm. hmm?
2. I need a new feeding schedule for her but since I'm not at home during the day I'm not sure what changes I can really make I feed her before work and as soon as I get home in the afternoon and then again at dinner time.
3. Potty training is killing Chase and I both. She doesn't like the grass at night because it's wet. So she won't go to the bathroom outside but as soon as we come in, she pees on the floor.

*Seriously, I do love her but this is just hard.*

Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I leave a little bit of food for her when I go to work so she isn't starving by the time I get home from work and should I stop giving her water at 6pm so maybe she won't have to potty as much at night? She's almost 12 weeks old and I'm not sure how old she'll be when we figure this out but the sooner the better.

Our first family portrait

We took our first family picture Saturday at Trevor's house. We're very happy with our new little addition to our soon-to-be family. She slept for 7 hours last night. I couldn't even believe it! I woke up more than she did. Hopefully, she'll be sleeping through the night soon.

Life is pretty good right now. I can't complain!

Marley Anne

Meet Marley Anne Williamson.
She is the new addition to our little family. I can't believe how adorable she is and how lucky I am to have found her.

She loves to play in the yard and bounce around like a bunny rabbit.

She really likes leaves. She'll pick one up and carry it across the yard.

Thankfully she also really likes her crate. She has no problem climbing in there and conking out.
We are so happy to have her!!

I'm getting a Yorkie!

I finally found an 11 week old Yorkie and I'm going to pick her up tomorrow after work. I'm so excited that I can hardly stand it. I'll post pictures as soon as I take some.
