Christmas Decorations

This is our pretty tree!

I bought a Yorkie ornament for Marley. She doesn't know it but I'm sure she would like it if she could talk to us. ha!

We have ornaments that say Peace and Noel. They are all either red, gold, or silver.
I think it is really pretty. It's kinda small but it's our starter tree. Once we get into a bigger house in a few years we'll get to have a bigger Christmas tree. Yay!

That was BAD, real BAD!!

Today, Chase and I went over to Jami's house for her Auburn/Alabama Game party. Needless to say, the game didn't turn out in Auburn's favor but we still had a good time hanging out with friends. Auburn didn't even score ONE point. Horrible!!

Brittany and Paul were there also. They are a house divided so Paul was pretty happy with the outcome of the game and Brittany was in the same boat with Chase and I.

It was a bit cold and foggy outside yesterday when the guys were out throwing the football. Jami and Brittany posed for a silly picture. They are so fun!

Thanksgiving Day

Chase and I had a great time with my family at my Aunt and Uncle's house. We had an awesome meal. I was pretty stuffed! My cousin, Andrea and her husband and son were down for Thanksgiving this year. It was SO great to see them.
Here are a few pictures from our day of fun. Chase and I took some pictures for the O'Dell/Preston families for they're Christmas cards and such. They turned out pretty good if I do say so myself.

This is me and my cousins, Andrea and Haley. I love them both dearly and I was so happy to see them. Andrea is the cousin that lives in PA with her husband, Jeremy and their little boy, Judah. It may be a while before we see them again because Andrea is expecting their 2nd baby boy, Elijah. He is due in March so they probably won't be able to come down for the wedding. But maybe, just maybe, they'll be able to come.

This is Abby and Marley to the left and Judah to the bottom right. They both loved playing with Marley in the yard.Marley had a blast playing with them also. I don't think I've seen her run around and have that much fun yet. I have three of the cutest cousins around. They are so fun to be around and take pictures of.

New Rides

Last Wednesday, Chase and I traded my car in and he bought him a new 2007 Xterra. So now I have a new 2009 Camry. Sweet!! We both really like our new rides.

It's been a while

I've been neglecting our blog over the past week or so. I'm not sure why except that I've been sick and I couldn't think of anything to write. BUT guess what...tomorrow I'm going to catch up on some of the stuff that has gone on the past week or so.

Tonight, Chase and I went to Lauren-Taylor's Demo release party at Moe's Southwestern Grill in Vestavia. She did a great job! There was a huge turn out of people there to support her and her dream. If you haven't heard her sing, look for chances to hear her play around town.Okay that's all I have in me for tonight. One more day and I'll fill you guys in.

Tool & Gadget Shower

Tonight was our Tool & Gadget Shower/Party. We had lots of our friends come over the the Beckham's house to celebrate with us. We got some really great gifts.

Thank you to everyone that was able to come! We love you guys!!

My Kitchen Shower

Today was my Kitchen Shower at the home of Vickie & Eddie Plemons.

So many of our friends from church and ladies that my mom works with were able to come and show there love and support for me and my mom.

I got almost all of my everyday dishes, some bake ware, utensils, a quesadilla maker, a waffle maker, 2 Wilton Armetale platters (which I totally love), and tons of other GREAT gifts.
Chase and I are so excited about all our new stuff. We have already rearranged the kitchen and put it all away.

She's Getting Bigger

Marley is 14 weeks old now. She loves to play with her toys on the couch. We put a quilt up there and she has a ball. The house training is coming along great now. She still has a few accidents every now and then but she's great!!

Sunday Morning Surprise

She was very happy!

Home on Friday night

It's Friday night at 7:45 and Chase and I are exhausted. This is pitiful! Even Marley is tired.
We went to Chase's parents house for dinner and now we're back at the house. That's all we have done. Oh wait, we went to the mall before dinner and bought Chase some more vitamins. hehe
So now we're watching the Dog Whisperer. He is awesome!

Paco

Meet Paco, the first long-haired chihuahua I have ever seen. He belongs to the operator at my Montgomery Terminal. This dog is full of attitude. Most chihuahua are very timid and scared, but not Paco, he is full of fire and will let you know who is boss! He is also an excellence bird dog.

Engagement Pictures

Today Jessica sent us the link to our engagement pictures. She did such a great job! If anyone needs pictures taken she is wonderful and probably one of the sweetest people in the world. I'm am so excited that she is taking our wedding pictures also. Soon our pictures will be in a gallery on her website which will be pretty cool too.

Counting down the days

Chase and I can't wait for January 24th to get here.

2 Months, 2 weeks & 5 days seems like forever but we know it will fly by or at least we hope it will.
There is a lot that I need to be doing for the wedding so I guess I need to get busy instead of wishing time would fly by.

Basket Shower

This afternoon was my Basket Shower at Jami and her mom's house. Thank you to everyone that was able to come. We all had a great time and I got lots of great gifts.

Happy Halloween

Marley had this pink Halloween shirt. She didn't like it at first but she warmed up to it. The ghost on the back lit up when she ran around. It was pretty cute!

Tonight we went to our friends, Brittany & Paul's, Halloween party. Everyone there was dressed up in really great costumes. Chase and I were firefighters. The costumes turned out pretty good considering I made them.

Brittany and Paul were Border Patrol and a Mexican. Jami and Grant were Pirates. There were many other people there with really great costumes on as well. We had a really great time!
