Today it's actually raining. Yay! We need it!

Anyways, all this wedding planning has got my mind going in a million directions. Hopefully I'll get everything squared away soon so that I can relax. The wedding is 108 days away. I CAN'T WAIT!

Chase Popped The Question!

Today Chase proposed to me on Bald Rock at Cheaha State Park.
It was PERFECT! We are so extremely happy together that we can't stand it.

Chase and I are huge Auburn fans and today we got to watch the game with some of our good friends, Morris, Marcie, Rob and Tatum. It was really fun!

Family Vacation to Canada

For 4th of July this year, Chase and I went with some of my family up to Canada for a few days. We had an amazing time seeing all the sights. Here are a few slide shows of many of the awesome things we saw while up north.

Our first big thing we did in Toronto was a visit to Casa Loma. Casa Loma is a huge castle that was built...a really long time ago. It was very pretty and the architecture was amazing! There were lots of rooms, a beautiful garden, and a stable that had an underground tunnel that lead to it. Most of the decor was original and very ornate. I was very impressed!


These are pictures of what we saw in Toronto. The first night there we went to the CN tower. It is the tallest observation tower in North America, I think. There was a glass floor that was kinda scary, but it was still pretty neat to see out over the city. My mom didn't like it AT ALL, but she made it up and down without passing out. Way To Go Mom! The next day we all decided to take a walk around the city. We stumbled upon the University of Toronto. We were all in awe of the architecture and structure of the buildings.
After our time in Toronto, we went on to Niagara Falls. The falls are absolutely AMAZING! It is incredible to see how HUGE they are. The amount of water that rushes over them everyday is shocking. We got to ride the Maid of the Mist, which was really cool. We all got pretty wet but it was really neat to be so close to the falls. We also got a chance to visit the Botanical Gardens and the Butterfuly Garden. They were both beautiful places also. If you haven't ever been and you get the chance to go up to Niagara Falls I would strongly recommend it. The fireworks on the 4th were pretty good but we all got wet from the mist coming up from the falls. All in all, Niagara Falls was WONDERFUL!One night we got to go over to Niagara on the Lake, which is a small town right outside of Niagara Falls. At that time of year the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Seriously, we were all amazed at how colorful all the flowers were. There were lots of really cute shops in the town that we got to go in and look around. My parents, Chase and I ate dinner at a really neat restaurant, of which I can't remember the name. The food and service were wonderful. Also, in Niagara on the Lake there are over 40 winerys. Unfortunately we didn't get to visit any of them there, but we did stop at a winery on our way back to PA in New York. The wine we got was great! We're saving a bottle and starting a wine collection from all the places we go on vacation.The whole trip was WONDERFUL! The thing that made it so great is that we were with family. My family means the world to me. We got to spend almost 5 days with Andrea, Jeremy and Judah, which was great since we don't see them very much. In Niagara Falls, Andrea and Jeremy let us all in on a little secret...they are expecting baby number two!! YAY! I'm so excited for them that I can't stand it.The whole trip was great, well except for the flat tire we got almost exactly 1 mile from the Alabama state line. You would have thought candid camera was there, because I couldn't believe how close to home we were. The car had made it to PA and back without busting and then WAM! it was blown out. Fun times with my parents. Chase and my dad got the tire changed and we finished our trip home. We're back now with lots of wonderful pictures to share. Family Get Together

Every now and then my family likes to get together and hang out. This get together was actually very special because my cousin Andrea and her sweet little boy, Judah were visiting from PA.
